2025 OHC Serve Week. Let's serve our city together!

EVENT:
Meant to Soar | Movie Night in the Park- Organize, Prep, & Serve Food

DATE/TIME:
Saturday, May 31, 2025: 6:00PM - 8:00PM

5:00PM- 1st Group of Volunteers arrive to grill hotdogs and burgers.

6:00PM- 2nd Group of Volunteers arrive to organize, prep, and set up food to serve.

7:00PM- 2nd Group of Volunteers begin to serve hotdogs, burgers, popcorn, candy, and soda to Meant to Soar children and families.

7:45PM- Movie begins for Meant to Soar children and families, and all volunteers are welcomed to enjoy movie as well with food, snacks, and drinks.

DETAILS:
Partner Description: Meant to Soar supports children who have experienced the trauma of parental drug addiction and/or trafficking. Utilizing counseling, arts, and personalized physical activities, Meant to Soar helps children to realize their value, gain confidence in their uniqueness, and receive healing through developing a deep relationship with their divine creator. 
Event Task: Volunteers will organize, prep, and serve hot dogs, burgers, popcorn, candy, and drinks to Meant to Soar children and families, as well as volunteers. We invite all volunteers to enjoy the food and movie. Volunteers will be asked to complete a background check consent form during registration.

VOLUNTEER T-SHIRT: 
Please pick up Love Out Loud shirts at Worship Center Lobby on May 18, and May 25 from 8:30AM - 1:00PM.  

BACKGROUND CONSENT FORM:
Adult Volunteers will be asked to complete a background check consent form during the registration process.
