What is an Equipping Class (Bible Study)? Equipping Classes usually consist of 15-150 people who gather for the primary purpose of learning from the Bible. Classes meet for a defined period of time, typically 4-12 weeks. Classes include times of teaching, group discussion, and often times self-directed learning (homework).  (NOTE: Many classes take a break for summer and start back up in the fall.)

Survive to Thrive Bereavement SeminarOak Hills Church is offering a five-part bereavement seminar called Survive to Thrive on Wednesday afternoons, July 7 through August 4, 2021. If you, or someone you know, could use a little help dealing with the loss of a close loved one during the last two years, Survive to Thrive may just be an important part of the path forward. It will be led by Steve Doss, a former hospice chaplain and bereavement care coordinator, and will meet from 1:00 to 2:30PM in classroom W-101 of the Oak Hills Church campus. Survive to Thrive is open to adults, members and non-members alike, but registration is required so we can best plan for the number attending. Child care will not be provided. To register, get answers to your questions, or to learn about other OHC bereavement resources available, please call Cassidy at (210) 698-4624.Wednesday at 1:00 PMYesW101Co-EdBereavement
